WASHINGTON -- Republican Sen. John Ensign continues to expand his role on the national political stage with an upcoming appearance in Iowa, that testing ground of so many political futures.
Congress Daily reports this afternoon that Ensign has been signed by American Future Fund to speak at a lecture series featuring conservative leaders.
Ensign is slated to speak June 1 in Sioux City, the paper reports, “long a hotbed of conservative political activity.”
