At five minutes to noon, three Democratic precincts -- two from Elko and
one from Clark County -- have already reported results back to party
headquarters. Small precincts, the kind with only one delegate up for
grabs. And before I could even finish typing, Clinton picked up a single
delegate from another small Clark County precinct. 4 in, 1,789 to go.
