At no risk of running into other Republican frontrunners — they’re focusing on Saturday’s contest in South Carolina — former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney begins his last-minute swing through Nevada this afternoon, beginning at 5 with Henderson voters at the Claim Jumper restaurant at the 215 and Green Valley Parkway.
At 5:45 p.m., Romney is scheduled to meet with south Nevada volunteers at Brady Industries on Lindell Road in Las Vegas.
Friday morning, he'll be in northern Nevada, meeting supporters at 7:40 a.m. at an Elko middle school, followed by a 10:45 am. rally at the Sierra Air Center at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
