Seen: Gov. Jim Gibbons, at Saturday's big title fight between Joe Calzaghe and Bernard Hopkins. Right up front ringside. The tickets came courtesy of the Athletic Commission, according to a spokester, which he justified given
the governor's authority over the commission's budget and his power to name the members.
