Little attention has been paid to the attorney general’s race this year. Incumbent Catherine Cortez Masto, a Democrat, drew a little known Republican as an opponent. Travis Barrick, a carpenter and contractor for most of his career before going to law school, is new to politics. But in a year that is favoring Republicans, she doesn’t want to lose to a “fluke.” Check out the Truth Test on the one ad she’s got out this campaign.

  1. this is one of the reasons why I hate politics - all the lying and deception. It can't continue in the 21st century, not with all the information technology being democratized at everyone's fingertips at a moments notice.

  2. This is what liberals do. Not being able to run on their record, since the People are against it, they resort to distortions and even lies to degrade their opponents. The People are on-to this and it really turns us off. The libs think they are slick with their lies, but we see through them and they are just hurting themselves. They think we, The People, are stupid. They are about to observe that we aren't as stupid as they are!

  3. Under NRS 199 AG Masto consired to conceal a crime that led to the Wrongful Conviction and Death of an innocent man, Nolan Klein. A Wrongful Death suit will be filed this week. Masto had received the documents that had been hidden from the defense and jury in the Washoe County DA's file months before his death that showed someone else was responsible for the crime. Masto let him die in prison. If Mr. Klein had been treated for his medical condition, he would still be alive to day and had been exoneration. Now this is going to cost the state. A WRit of Mandamus was heard on 9-30-10. The Writ, court proceedings, Exhibit list can be found on JusticeForNolanKlein.com. The lawsuit will be placed there too after it is filed.
