Love” goes on at Cinevegas 10

The CineVegas Film Festival has added two screenings of "All Together Now" as part of the festival's “Vegas Uncovered” section, a selection of documentaries about Las Vegas. "All Together Now" presents a behind the scenes look at the making of "LOVE," the Beatles/Cirque du Soleil stage production at The Mirage. The film will be released on DVD later this fall.

Screenings will be held at 7 p.m. June 18 and at 2 p.m. June 20 at the Brenden Theatres at the Palms Casino Resort. Tickets are $10 at www.cinevegas.com, 888-8VEGAS8 and at the CineVegas Box Office at the Brenden Theatres beginning June 2.

Cinevegas, which runs June 12-21, celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Individual tickets for films, panels and honoree tribute go on sale on today, at the numbers listed above. Festival passes and ticket packages are still available.

Tickets for most Cinevegas screenings are $10; tickets for the June 12 opening night film, "The Rocker," the June 21 closing night film, "The Great Buck Howard," and all honoree tributes are $15. Tickets for the June 15 screening of "Get Smart," starring Steve Carell, at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, range from $25-$45, with proceeds going to The Rock Foundation’s Project Knapsack.

Tickets to the screening of international art star Takashi Murakami’s animation piece and installation "Planting the Seeds," on June 16 at the Lake of Dreams at Wynn Las Vegas, are $25 each, with special dining packages available ($160 per person at SW Steakhouse, and $145 per person at Daniel Boulud Brassiere (including tax and tip).
