After midnight, local talent goes wild

It's 1 a.m. do you know where your local talent is?

Onyx Theatre, that cozy little space in the back of the fetish store in Commercial Center Plaza, is hosting its monthly late-night variety romp featuring a wild dose of clowning, comedy, dance and more by performers from Cirque du Soleil and Le Reve.

The 1 a.m. show, taking place after tonight's Strip productions, gives performers the chance to present their art outside the realms of the

large-scale Strip productions.

At $10 a ticket, the intimate production -- title "Your New Best Friends" -- in the 96-seat theater (stadium style), is quite a deal.

Not your thing? Come back another night and check out Insurgo Theater Movement's presentation of "The Water Hen" by Polish playwright, Stanislaw Ignacy Witkiewicz, which runs Thursdays through Saturdays, through Feb. 9.
