Henderson Police Dept. detectives have arrested 30-year-old Jon Jacobs on charges of annoying a minor -- a misdemeanor -- and lewdness with a minor under 14 years old, a felony.
Investigators said that Jacobs would attend movie theaters in Henderson and Las Vegas and sit next to young girls. Jacobs would inappropriately touch the children, police said. The girls victimized in two separate cases that led to Jacobs' arrest were 12 and 14 years old, police said.
Henderson police said that Jacobs may have victimized other children at movie theaters around the valley. Although Jacobs is currently in custody at the Henderson Detention Center and bail has been set at $95,000, detectives are still investigating the case.
