It has been a busy couple of days for Boulder City police.
On Monday the skeletal remains of a man were found in the desert near the
Eldorado Valley Valley dry lake. The Clark County Coroner's Office is
attempting to determine a cause of death. The remains were found near a
homeless camp.
Then on Tuesday there was a robbery at Nevada State Bank in the Vons
supermarket on Nevada Highway. The suspect ‹ a 5-foot-10 male in a tan
hooded sweatshirt ‹ presented tellers with a note and fled on foot with an
undisclosed amount of cash.
Investigations are ongoing.
