One time Hollywood madam and Pahrump laundromat owner Heidi Fleiss, 42, was arrested this morning in Nye County for driving under the influence, possessing prescription medication without a prescription and driving without a license.
According to a Nye County Press release, Fleiss "was found to have prescription narcotics on her person, not in a prescription bottle, and could produce no evidence that the prescription pain medication had been prescribed to her."
Fleiss also had a passenger with her, a man by the name of John Owen. Owen, the press release states, "was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of marijuana." He was arrested for possession of marijuana and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Both Owen and Fleiss were arrested and transported to the Nye County detention center. Her bail was set at $1,376, his at $1,264.
